Our signature group classes include various training routines like cardio and utilizing free weights, medicine balls and other equipment. Instructors, muscle groups and even workout segments vary throughout the week so that no one class is ever the same. "You’ll never be bored while working out ever again!" That’s our promise!

RELENTLESS BOOTCAMP 88
Like the idea of CrossFit but not so crazy about those (er, crazy) Olympic lifts? 88 Athletica takes the principles of CrossFit outside, sans barbells. That means a focus on endurance and stamina, with doses of high intensity interval training, kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls and ladder-agility drills. A typical workout may include kettlebell swings and goblet squats followed by a 100-meter run—during which you face a three-burpee penalty if you put down your kettlebell. Let's just say Relentless is a fitting name.
